All participants are required to register to attend the conference. Registration includes all lunches, the welcome reception, social programme, and the conference banquet.

All costs are displayed in GBP. There is an early bird discount for those who register before the 29th May. Members of ISBS and ISBS-affiliated societies are eligible for member rates. An additional Developing Nations discount is available for delegates whose primary affiliation is within the ‘least developed’, ‘low income’, or ‘lower middle income’ categories (first three columns) of the DAC List of ODA Recipients.
Please note that ISBS society membership runs from January to December, so membership for the calendar year 2026 will be required to qualify for conference registration at member rates. Visa requirements
At present, around 90 different nationalities do not require a visa to enter the UK for stays of up to 6 months. Other nationalities require some form of visa, Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW) or Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). All attendees are encouraged to check their requirement for a visa using the UK government self-check tool below.
